Wajed holds an HBA in Psychology from the University of Alberta and an MA in Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations and Diaspora and Transnational Studies from the University of Toronto. She has experience with sustainable climate technology, cultural heritage preservation and development and intercultural communication within Canada.
