Test the Tips - sugar cookie decorating, buttercream icing techniques

Canmore Collegiate High School - Foods Lab
Join me in my kitchen where we will make sugar cookies, discuss decorating techniques, and test the dozens of different piping tips I have been able to acquire. While working we will share ideas we can use in the kitchen and classroom to connect with students and teach them to decorate with buttercream icing. Participants will decorate cookies to eat or take home.
