In today’s session we will discuss ways to set up your CTS class to support all learners. We'll cover practical strategies, hands-on tools, and positive behavior supports. Here's an outline for the session:

1. **Understanding Your Learners:
*Get to Know Your Students: Begin by greeting each student by name and showing genuine interest in their lives. Personal connections foster a positive classroom culture
*Class Profiles: Use hands-on tools to create class profiles. Consider learning styles, strengths, and challenges of individual students.
*Inclusivity:** Discuss how to accommodate different learning needs and styles from the outset.

2. **Supports for All Learners:
*Differentiation: Explore strategies for differentiating instruction. How can you adapt content, process, and product to meet diverse needs?
*Universal Design for Learning (UDL):Introduce UDL principles. How can you provide multiple means of representation, engagement, and expression?
*Collaboration: Discuss ways to collaborate with other educators, specialists, and families to support learners.

3. **Positive Behavior Supports:
*Understanding Behavior: Learn why students behave in certain ways. Consider underlying needs and motivations.
